What is one good habit you can begin this month?

At the top of the year, many of us create a goal list. Most of us will not complete what we set out to do, and sometimes I think it is because we put too much pressure on ourselves—not laying our foundation to set ourselves up for success. I think pacing yourself and focusing on one, maybe two things at a time could make all the difference. Being faithful in the small things could have a greater impact on your life and set you up to succeed. So if you could pick one good habit that you could start, what would it be?
